Will your themes work on WordPress.com hosted sites?
Yes. Some of our theme are launched on WordPress.com. You can use them now:
Other themes are available only for self-hosted WordPress installation. Note that TheFour and Floral still can be used on self-hosted WordPress installation.
How do I install your theme in my WordPress website?
Our themes are just like any other WordPress theme. They can be installed in Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload screen. Simply upload the
.zip file and activate the theme. For more info, please see this documentation.
Where can I download a theme?
When you buy a theme, an email will be sent to your email address. Click on the download link in the email to download the theme.
How do I update a theme?
- Simply re-download the theme by clicking the link in the email.
- Extract the downloaded
- Upload all files to your WordPress site via FTP to folder
Note that the download link in the email is available for 1 year. After 1 year, you need to buy the theme again to get the updated versions.
What is the license of themes?
All themes are released under GNU General Public License version 2+.
Can I use themes on multiple websites?
Yes, you can use them on unlimited websites.
How long is the license?
When you buy a theme, you will have 1 year for support and updates. After that year, you need to renew the license to continue getting support and updates.
What happens when my license expires?
The theme will continue to work after your license expires. You are free to continue using the theme for as long as you like, but you will not receive support and updates for the theme any longer.
We do not recommend to keep outdated themes, because WordPress is updated frequently. So are themes. Keeping themes updated and having support is a good way to avoid unexpected results.
How much is the renew?
The renew cost is the same as when you buy the theme the first time.
How do I renew?
The license is automatically renewed each year. We use FastSpring to handle the subcriptions and payments. To manage your subscription or payment details, please click the link sent to your email by FastSpring to go to your FastSpring account. Then you can see all subscriptions, payments and update.
To manually renew, please follow these steps:
- If you have an account on our website, just go to My Account page and click the renew link.
- If you don’t, create an account on the website and renew the theme from My Account page. Or simply buy the theme once again.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we do. If you buy the themes within 14-days and are not happy with it, we’ll issue the refund for you.
However, refunds are not applied for renewals.
Do you support via email?
Yes. Please open a ticket on Support page, and use your correct email. We’ll answer you via email.
How long will I receive updates and support?
You will receive updates and support for one year.
What does your paid support cover?
Our support team assists with properly installing and setting up the theme, any problems using existing features or functionality, and bug fixes. Regretfully we cannot provide support for modifications or any third party plugins or add-ons. Please note that the support team members are also unable to act as consultants for general WordPress questions or how to approach or architect your project.
